$75M investment - The Massif du Sud Tourist Station unveils a major development plan

At the dawn of the ski season, the Massif du Sud Tourist Station (STMS) yesterday unveiled a new wave of four-season investments amounting to $75 million, this one integrated into a development plan which will wants to be a carrier for the entire region. In this vein, the STMS notably unveils a village of 20 micro-chalets, an indoor recreational pavilion, the replacement of its main chalet in conjunction with a condo-hotel project and the development of a mountain bike offer. Among the investments, some are already made or in progress, including major work on the ski lift carried out during the summer and fall of 2024.
