Festival Celtes et Cie de Saint-Malachie

The Eighth Annual Festival Celtes et Cie will be held August 16, 17, and 18 2019 in the heart of the village of St. Malachie, Quebec, situated about one hour south of Quebec City, via route 277.
This year's edition will be more diverse than ever, with a complete program of entertainment, activities and shows for the entire family. All concerts are free, and cover a range of styles, primarily Celtic, traditional Québécois, folk, as well as country music. New additions feature Breton, Cuban and Scandinavian music, not to mention the Quebec Ukulele Club.
Headline bands are Solstice (traditional Irish), Alycia Putnam (from Cape Breton), and one of Quebec's hottest “Trad” bands, Réveillons.
Back by popular demand, the Choeur Celtique de Saint-Malachie, a 30-member choir will perform in the village church, accompanied by l'Ensemble celtique des Appalaches. .
Other activities include children's games and entertainment.
