Since 25 years, Parc du Massif du Sud is a great outdoor destination in the municipalities of Bellechasse and des Etchemins, in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.

With it's four seasons activities, its ready to camp accomodations, its natural camping sites and its guided activities, Parc du Massif du Sud has everything to please.

Come discover or rediscover your natural retreat since 1998 with it's 4 summits, 4 valleys and its beautiful crystalline rivers with unmatched purity. With it's highest summit at 917 m of altitude, this territory is the best way to reconnect with nature and practice outdoor activities.

Favorable for contemplation and adventure, Parc du Massif du Sud offers kilometers of secured and well developed paths. Its accomodations offers a resourceful experience in a beautiful forest, in tranquility and in a confortable and reassuring place, year-round. Dogs with leash accepted.

* For backcountry skiing, you must purchase a FQME membership (available at the Welcome center): $10 per day or $32 per year.

Active Nature Introduction to the father-son long hike: mission accomplished!

Parc de la Gaspésie, Sentier des caps, Traversée de Charlevoix: there is no shortage of options for long hikes in the Belle Province! The only problem is when you want to do this hike with your 12 year old son without discouraging him, the options are quite limited. But recently, our research has finally enabled us to find the rare pearl in the Parc du Massif du Sud with the Parcours des Contrées de l'Est.

Active Nature Mountain biking ... in the mountains!

The Parc régional du Massif du Sud, located in the heart of the Appalachians, recently added mountain biking to an already well-stocked range of activities. On the menu: sometimes technical, sometimes rolling, but above all accessible trails. A trip that is worth the detour!
