“We had a tourist information office on the edge of the Jean-Lesage highway and realized that this might not be the best way to showcase the region's full potential. But we realized that it was still an asset to have this beautiful place where passing people came. In 2007, we therefore decided to launch a boutique, born out of this desire to better showcase the talents of our beautiful region, ”explains Mélissa Roy, promotion and tourism and agrifood development agent in Bellechasse.
