The history of Le Casse-Croute chez D'Artagnan began with the opening of the Bar Laitier Soleil Glacé in 2007. The owners, Nathalie Gagné and Jerry Lafontaine, were so in demand for poutine and hot dogs that they decided to add a snack bar to their dairy the following year.
