Arrêts Gourmands The know-how of our gourmet stops - Le Ricaneux: the best things are created with pleasure
In 1985, Jacques McIsaac was already growing berries on his farm in Saint-Charles-de Bellechasse when he created the project he had been simmering for a long time. His maternal grandmother made berry wines, and with the help of books he set out to develop the product he had in mind. It was with friends that his father developed Le Ricaneux in a perky atmosphere that is the very signature of the product.
