Le Vieux Buckland bakery was born in 2018 from a mother-daughter initiative. Kathy Morin and her mother, France Proulx, dreamed of making their own childhood bread that Kathy's maternal grandmother made. The business started off slowly, with in-house ovens that required them to prepare several small batches. But the enthusiasm generated by their breads quickly pushed them to equip themselves and create new products.
