include Chèvre Frais (plain and flavoured), Quark (spreadable cheese with various flavours), the “Galarneau,” our new, sweet and creamy, semifirm
cheese, and our new raw milk cheese called “Le Tirelune.” Also: Merguez sausages, quiches, goat-milk soaps and other local farm products. You can stay for the night and sleep at “L'Appentis de la fromagère,” a two-bedroom suite with living room, private bathroom and kitchen, which can
accommodate up to six people.
Cheese shop: February to December, Thursday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. From June to October, daily, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

I've been talking to my boyfriend to try Ski Hok or ski-racquet for a while and we finally did it. I tell you about our experience on a beautiful Saturday in March at the Parc Régional du Massif du Sud.
